Seven students of DanceBermuda 2006 were chosen to be recipients of scholarships provided by Catherine Zeta-Jones, a member of the Board of the National Dance Foundation. Four male students, who also demonstrated talent and ability, were invited to return to DanceBermuda 2007 and had the requirement for an audition waived. Scholarships were awarded by Premier the Hon. W. Alex Scott, JP MP, and star of So You Think You Can Dance Travis Wall.
